Phoenix Recovery Programs, Inc. is a private non-profit organization providing residential services to adolescent males and females recovering from alcohol/drug addiction. We opened our first facility, a boy’s house, in Maplewood, Minnesota in April of 1994. We have grown currently to 4 programs. This includes 2 residential facilities for boys – 1 in White Bear Lake, MN, and our original home in Maplewood, MN, 1 outpatient/lodging plus programs for girls in Lake Crystal, MN, and 1 co-ed community outpatient program in our Mankato, MN. All of our programs are licensed through the Minnesota Department of Human Services as treatment programs for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders in an integrated setting. The residence in southern MN is licensed through the Minnesota Department of Corrections as a group foster home.
While we are an abstinence-based, 12 Step-based program, and believe that addiction is a disease that is treatable, we recognize that this disease is chronic, that relapse is sometimes a part of the recovery process and that some may relapse several times before achieving long term recovery. To that end, our doors are always open to our clients whether they need a period of residential care, a few individual sessions, or help finding additional resources. We are there to help them get back on track.
Phoenix Recovery Programs properties are 100% tobacco and vape free for all clients, staff and visitors.
